Initial OT Assessment
Includes up to two hours of face-to-face assessment time, using a combination of standardized and non-standardized assessments. Report and written recommendations included.
$1,000.00
Re-Assessment
For clients who have previously received an OT assessment. Includes up to two hours of face-to-face assessment time, using a combination of standardized and non-standardized assessments. Updated report and recommendations included.
$400.00 - $650.00
OT Consultation
One hour session including sensory and/or fine motor screening, discussion of functional areas of concern, and/or demonstration of intervention strategies. Strategies and recommendations provided verbally. Report not included.
$200.00
Intervention Session
OT intervention sessions ranging from 45 minutes to one hour. An OT Assessment or Consultation* must be completed prior to receiving intervention sessions. Goals are determined with the caregiver prior to the block commencing.
Session with an occupational therapist - $200.00
Session with an occupational therapy assistant - $115.00
*An OT report completed by another agency will be accepted if completed within the past year.
Documentation
SEA equipment letters, progress reports, and activity programs available upon request. Hourly rates apply.

Travel Time & Mileage
The following travel time and mileage rates may apply. Please contact us to receive a quote to provide services in your home.
$50.00/hour of travel time + $0.68/km
Funding
Funding for services may be available through the Ontario Autism Program, Jordan’s Principle, or other community agencies and grants. Some insurance companies will also cover occupational therapy services; check with your provider for details.

Privacy Policy
Assessment protocols, clinical notes, and other client information are kept in confidential electronic files. This information is kept in accordance with the Personal Health Information Protection Act. No information will be shared with any person or outside agency without signed written permission unless legally or ethically required. Phone and email are the primary forms of communication outside of client sessions.
